In my opinion, if you don’t have strong authority in a niche where building an audience is possible, it’s better to sell and move on quickly.

Also, for those focusing on evergreen SEO, I think you should get more specific and detailed in your topics and titles. Since ranking systems are getting more advanced, it’s worth creating highly targeted content that’s cost-effective and can bring some return on investment. Blogs may have lost some appeal as a business model, but if you can establish real authority and publish original content, you’re adding value. For AI to work well, good publishers are essential.

For 2025, I’m focusing on multilingual content with AI-assisted translations. It seems like a promising area to explore.
