Any solid link building services worth checking out?

For SEO, does anyone know of reliable link providers you’ve tried or maybe heard about from people you trust?

I’m looking for high-quality links – nothing spammy. Ideally, links that match your own standards for things like domain rank, keywords ranked, traffic, anchor text, and the type of sites you want linking back.

(I’m not actively looking for services right now – just curious to see what’s available)

Editorial Link might be worth a look. They help get links from sites that usually don’t sell them, like HubSpot, G2, and others.

For high-quality, go with PR agencies, but they’re around $7k+ per campaign for about 10 links.

Mid-level would be about $500 per link through blogger outreach agencies – but this usually doesn’t cover content creation if you’re thinking of guest posting.

If you’re looking to save, try doing it yourself or hire a VA. You can find VAs around $8 per hour, and with some good content, you might get links free. Otherwise, bloggers often ask around $100 per link.

My VAs get roughly 1 free link for every 4.5 hours of work, which ends up being $56 per link plus outreach subscription costs.

At the lowest end, you have link agencies using their own network of sites – around $50 per link, but I’d say not worth it unless you check each site first.

@Archer
Spot on – matches up with what I’ve seen too.

One thing to add is that even blogger outreach agencies tend to have a pool of sites where they place links, so you can run into issues with these sites being overloaded with external links, which lowers their value. I work as a middle person between businesses and SEO agencies, and honestly, I often see links on the same handful of sites that other agencies use too.

@Amelia
Haven’t hired one personally, but yeah, I can see that happening. Occasionally, when we’ve paid for a link, they hand over lists of hundreds of blogs under their control, and it turns out a lot of those sites got hit by the last update.

@Archer
Exactly. It’s only a matter of time – tons of articles with in-content links to all kinds of commercial sites just doesn’t look natural.

There are some who do it well, but honestly, that’s rare. It could just be that my clients come to me after they start questioning their SEO agency’s tactics.

@Archer
Thanks, this helps!

Putting self-promo aside, this post ranks on page 1 for “link building service,” so I’ll just mention us.

OutreachLabs – we’re a link building service offering links via blogger outreach and digital PR.

Blogger Outreach: Most of our links are unpaid, which means they’re genuine and not just thrown on any random site with a ‘write for us’ page.

What we offer:

  • You approve or reject the sites
  • Linking to commercial pages is totally fine
  • You can request specific anchor texts

Cost: Blogger outreach links average around $214.

Our clients are about 50% SaaS, ecommerce, or service businesses and 50% agency fulfillment.

We handle everything in-house, and our clients like our approach and weekly updates.

I also share link building tips and strategies on LinkedIn if you’re interested in seeing our work and results.

Prices depend on the quality, traffic, and niche. Link building costs vary, especially for crypto, trading, finance, and tech niches. For general niches, prices are usually lower. I’ve worked with LinksBuildingServices, and they charge a flat $50 per link for high-authority sites. If you want sites with more traffic, they’ll quote a price based on that.
