Just curious if anyone is prepared for November’s Core Algorithm Update that Google is rolling out. Are you feeling optimistic about it or a bit unsure of the changes it might bring?
Just saving this post and waiting to see what happens.
I honestly have no idea what the update is meant to address or how it’s supposed to help.

The core update should actually reward sites that are performing well with organic traffic. I’ve read that natural language processing will play a big role too.

Interesting… Any source I can check to read more about it? Haven’t seen anything official yet.
Some of my sites dropped rankings, moved from the first page to the third, while a few others went up to page one. Just watching closely until the update fully rolls out.

Same here, got hit on some pages, yet short posts with hardly any depth somehow moved to the top. Even some forums with totally unrelated threads got into the top 10 for a few of my keywords.
Definitely seeing some odd shifts on my end too.

Take a look at who’s ranking in the top spots and see what they’re doing differently.
