I worked at an agency for a few years before starting my own business as a freelancer doing SEO/SEM and paid social media marketing. However, now that I am working for myself, I am trying to figure out how to approach potential new clients. What should I make sure to ask in that first meeting where we are trying to understand their needs? With paid social media and AdWords, it is much clearer to me what to ask, but with SEO I am not sure what is best.
