Semrush or ahrefs … which one works best lately?

Never used SEMrush yet, but I’ll be using it at my new job. Excited to see how it compares.

Our content optimization with SnabolMedia got us more traffic and better engagement.

I’m using SEMrush mainly, but Ahrefs is a strong tool for competitive analysis.

Got a taste of Ahrefs, but my agency switched to SEMrush for the better price.

SEMrush seems to offer a lot more features than Ahrefs.

Funny how pricing flips over time… might have to rethink our choice.

Yep, both tools do the job. We haven’t looked back since switching though.

Right now I’m paying for SEMrush because I find it easier to use.

Anyone tried Ubersuggest? How does it compare?

If you’re focused on keyword research, go with Ahrefs. For a full toolkit, SEMrush is solid.

But then why isn’t SEMrush as accurate for keywords?

I stick with SEMrush. It’s cheaper without the credit limits, and it works well enough for me.

I like SEMrush’s Trends feature, but Ahrefs is better for backlink data. SEMrush is easier for competitor analysis.

I use ahrefs for backlinks and IP checks but hate their pricing model.

If you buy extra credits, they last 3 months and are shared across users.

My account went over and support said you have to cap usage manually.

SEMrush is helpful for spam links, but I prefer Ahrefs for keyword analysis.

Currently on SEMrush. Only kept Ahrefs because of the legacy price.

Always go with Screaming Frog and Ahrefs.

Ahrefs helps me understand my backlinks. SEMrush’s numbers aren’t as precise.

Working at a startup so sticking with free tools like keyword planner and Google Search Console.
