Technical SEO audit tips… what should I focus on?

I’m looking to get better at technical SEO, but I want to focus only on tasks that actually make a difference. It’s easy to get lost in the details and end up going down a rabbit hole .

Here are my main questions:

  1. Which technical SEO issues do you focus on the most? I know pagespeed insights are key, but where do you find the biggest gains?

  2. What are the main tasks you consistently include in your technical SEO checklist?

  3. Have you made any big one-time investments that really paid off?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

I just launched a technical SEO audit service and am working on a sample report. I can share the report once it’s ready, which covers the main technical issues for a strong foundation.

Awesome! Thank you!

Check out the technical SEO checklist on Backlinko. It’s a great starting point. It’ll help you figure out what really matters and what’s worth focusing on.

Nice, will take a look!

It’s a mistake to think Google just rewards you for how well you publish or your effort. There’s more to it than that…

What should I focus on then, assuming my content is high-quality and on-page SEO is solid? (theoretically)
