I haven’t had official training in SEO, but I’ve learned some skills at my job. Now, my company wants me to get more training. Can you suggest any good courses?
I checked Udemy, but the reviews for their classes are mixed. I’m not sure if there are good classes there or if there are better ones somewhere else.

Why give up by just looking at the reviews of the course while not trying a course and giving your review later?
Personally, I have loved Udemy for its quality courses which of course most people are not ready to learn because they think they are complicated.
I would suggest that you try learning the full SEO course on Udemy which covers entirely anything concerning SEO
