Why is my SEO so bad?

Our website 56 has been live for 5 months. The site functions quickly, responds well, and has optimized images. :rocket: But despite this, our SEO performance is poor. When we Google the same H1 tag used on our homepage, our site appears on the 14th page of Google results. Any insights on what might be causing this?
